- Develop and implement training programs and curriculum that align with the university's mission and goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to continuously improve and enhance academic programs.
- Oversee the design and delivery of training sessions for faculty and staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively deliver the curriculum.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of current academic programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of curriculum developers and trainers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to develop interdisciplinary and experiential learning opportunities for students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations to stay informed about industry needs and trends.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and requirements for all academic programs.
- Conduct regular reviews of the curriculum to ensure it is meeting the needs of students and the changing job market.
- Develop and manage budgets for training and curriculum development initiatives.
- Serve as a mentor and coach for faculty and staff in the areas of curriculum development and instructional design.
- Communicate regularly with university leadership to provide updates on training and curriculum development initiatives and solicit feedback and support.
- Act as a representative of the university at conferences, workshops, and other events related to curriculum development and instructional design.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and innovation.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Curriculum Development And Training At An Academic Institution, Preferably At A Higher Education Level.
A Master's Degree In Education, Curriculum Development, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Overseeing A Team Of Instructional Designers And Trainers.
Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Innovative And Effective Training Programs That Meet The Needs Of A Diverse Student Population.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Faculty, Staff, And Other Stakeholders To Ensure The Quality And Effectiveness Of Training And Curriculum Development Initiatives.
