Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator- Pool at Temple University.   1. Coordinate and manage clinical research studies within the institution.
  2. Ensure all research activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory guidelines and protocols.
  3. Collaborate with principal investigators and study team members to develop study protocols and timelines.
  4. Recruit and screen potential study participants, obtain informed consent, and maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records.
  5. Prepare and maintain study materials, including study protocols, consent forms, and data collection tools.
  6. Schedule and conduct study visits, collect and record data, and monitor participant compliance.
  7. Communicate with study sponsors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders as needed.
  8. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized study documentation, including study files and databases.
  10. Identify and report any adverse events or protocol deviations to the appropriate parties.
  11. Assist with data analysis and interpretation, and contribute to study reports and publications.
  12. Train and supervise research staff and ensure adherence to study protocols and procedures.
  13. Participate in study team meetings and provide updates on study progress and challenges.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the research department.
  15. Stay up-to-date with current research practices and attend relevant training and educational opportunities.
  16. Foster a positive and professional working environment within the research team.
  17. Adhere to ethical principles and maintain confidentiality of participant information.
  18. Contribute to the advancement of medical research and healthcare outcomes for patients and the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Healthcare Administration, Or Clinical Research.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Coordination Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
