  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to student conduct in residential housing, in alignment with the university's mission and values.
  2. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of student conduct professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily operations.
  3. Serve as a resource for students, staff, and faculty on matters related to student conduct and residential living.
  4. Collaborate with various campus departments and external resources to ensure a holistic approach to student conduct and support services.
  5. Investigate and adjudicate alleged violations of student conduct policies, ensuring due process and fair treatment for all individuals involved.
  6. Communicate with students, parents, and university stakeholders regarding student conduct issues and outcomes.
  7. Monitor and analyze trends in student behavior and recommend proactive strategies to promote a positive living and learning environment.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all student conduct cases and related correspondence.
  9. Develop and deliver educational programs and initiatives to promote responsible behavior and conflict resolution skills among students.
  10. Serve as a role model and advocate for the values of the university and the importance of ethical decision-making.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Student Conduct Or Judicial Affairs At A Higher Education Institution.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Student Conduct Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With A Diverse Student Population.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Supervisory Experience, With The Ability To Manage A Team Of Conduct Professionals And Oversee The Student Conduct Process.
