- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet the school's financial goals.
- Cultivate relationships with individual donors, alumni, and corporate partners to secure major gifts and donations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Development to create and manage an effective fundraising plan.
- Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns, including donor recognition events and alumni reunions.
- Utilize various communication channels to keep donors and alumni informed about the school's progress and impact.
- Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all fundraising and alumni engagement efforts.
- Manage a portfolio of major donors and develop personalized stewardship plans to maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Identify new funding opportunities and potential donors through research and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and prioritize funding needs and develop compelling proposals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records and ensure proper gift acknowledgement and recognition.
- Serve as a liaison between the school and its alumni, fostering a strong sense of community and engagement.
- Develop and maintain a volunteer program to involve alumni in the school's fundraising and outreach efforts.
- Represent the school at conferences, events, and community gatherings to promote its mission and fundraising initiatives.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in development and alumni engagement, and implement new strategies as needed.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to the Director of Development and other key stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Communications, Or Marketing.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Fundraising And Alumni Engagement, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Securing Major Gifts And Cultivating Relationships With Donors.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Diverse Stakeholders Including Alumni, Faculty, And Community Leaders.
Leadership Experience And Ability To Manage A Team, Develop Strategic Plans, And Meet Fundraising Goals.
