  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for engaging and connecting with Temple University's alumni network.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all alumni relations activities and initiatives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni, staying in constant communication to foster a sense of community and involvement.
  4. Partner with various departments and organizations within Temple University to create collaborative alumni engagement opportunities.
  5. Plan and execute events and programs that will attract and engage alumni, such as networking events, career fairs, and mentorship programs.
  6. Develop and manage a budget for alumni relations activities and ensure all expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
  7. Utilize various communication channels, such as social media, email, and direct mail, to promote alumni events and initiatives.
  8. Create and maintain a database of alumni information, including contact details, career updates, and engagement levels.
  9. Provide support and guidance to alumni volunteers and ambassadors, helping them to effectively represent Temple University and its alumni community.
  10. Analyze and report on the success of alumni engagement efforts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new strategies to increase alumni involvement.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in alumni relations, implementing new ideas and techniques to enhance the alumni experience.
  12. Represent Temple University at alumni events and conferences, building relationships with other universities and organizations to expand our alumni network.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Communications, Marketing, Or Public Relations.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Alumni Relations, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Alumni Engagement Strategies.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With A Diverse Group Of Alumni And Stakeholders.
