  4. Analyze financial data and make recommendations for cost-saving measures and revenue-generating opportunities.

  7. Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related functions for university employees.

  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in financial and administrative operations.

  12. Represent the university at meetings and conferences related to finance and administration.
  13. Supervise and provide leadership to a team of finance and administrative staff.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to finance and administration.
