  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for global programs, in alignment with the university's mission and goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for international education and global initiatives.
  3. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within the team and with other departments and stakeholders.
  4. Identify and cultivate partnerships with international organizations, universities, and institutions to enhance global opportunities for students and faculty.
  5. Oversee the development and management of international exchange programs, study abroad programs, and other global initiatives.
  6. Coordinate with various departments and offices within the university to ensure seamless integration of global programs into the overall curriculum and student experience.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for global programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with university policies and procedures.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to international education, and make recommendations for program enhancements.
  9. Provide guidance and support to students participating in global programs, including pre-departure orientation, on-site support, and re-entry programming.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote global programs and attract a diverse pool of applicants.
  11. Represent the university at national and international conferences, events, and meetings related to global programs.
  12. Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of global programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Serve as a liaison between the university and relevant government agencies and organizations to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data related to global programs and student participation.
  15. Cultivate a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within global programs and ensure the recruitment and support of underrepresented students.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As International Relations, Education, Or Business Administration.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Global Context.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing International Programs, Including Budget Management And Grant Writing.

  • Strong Cross-Cultural Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Current Trends And Issues In International Education And Experience Working With International Students And/Or Study Abroad Programs.
