  1. Assist in the daily operations of the laboratory, including maintaining equipment, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage and disposal of materials.
  2. Support researchers in their projects by setting up and conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  3. Maintain high standards of safety in the laboratory by following established protocols and procedures, and ensuring that all team members are trained and compliant with safety regulations.
  4. Keep detailed records of experiments, data, and protocols, and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to design and optimize experiments and protocols.
  6. Train new lab members on laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the laboratory.
  8. Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the lab has all necessary materials for ongoing projects.
  9. Stay current on new techniques and technologies in the field and make recommendations for their implementation in the lab.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment to facilitate efficient and safe work.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control and quality assurance processes.
  12. Act as a liaison between the lab and external collaborators, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  13. Adhere to ethical standards in the handling of sensitive and confidential information.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the lab.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures, Equipment, And Safety Protocols.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
