- Assist in the daily operations of the laboratory, including maintaining equipment, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage and disposal of materials.
- Support researchers in their projects by setting up and conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Maintain high standards of safety in the laboratory by following established protocols and procedures, and ensuring that all team members are trained and compliant with safety regulations.
- Keep detailed records of experiments, data, and protocols, and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other team members to design and optimize experiments and protocols.
- Train new lab members on laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the laboratory.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the lab has all necessary materials for ongoing projects.
- Stay current on new techniques and technologies in the field and make recommendations for their implementation in the lab.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment to facilitate efficient and safe work.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control and quality assurance processes.
- Act as a liaison between the lab and external collaborators, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Adhere to ethical standards in the handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the lab.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures, Equipment, And Safety Protocols.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Proficient Computer Skills, Including Experience With Laboratory Software And Data Analysis Programs.
