  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to Temple University.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other organizations to promote Temple University and its programs.
  3. Review and evaluate applications and make admissions decisions in accordance with university policies and standards.
  4. Conduct informational sessions and presentations to prospective students and their families.
  5. Respond to inquiries from prospective students and provide accurate and timely information about admissions requirements, procedures, and deadlines.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and university stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
  7. Plan and coordinate recruitment events, both on and off campus, to reach a diverse pool of applicants.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment efforts and make informed decisions to improve the admissions process.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in admissions to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  10. Represent Temple University at college fairs, conferences, and other events to promote the university and its programs.
  11. Train and supervise admissions staff and student workers to ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism.
  12. Assist with developing and managing the admissions budget.
  13. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all prospective students and families.
  14. Collaborate with academic departments to support recruitment efforts for specific programs.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the admissions department by taking on additional duties and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Communications, Or Marketing.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Admissions Or Related Field, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
