- Develop and implement innovative programs and initiatives to enhance the academic experience of students at Temple University.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the success and effectiveness of educational programs.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve programs.
- Utilize data and analytics to track the impact and success of programs, making adjustments as needed.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated professionals to assist in the implementation and execution of educational programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds.
- Work closely with faculty and staff to support the academic success of students and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Serve as a liaison between the Office of Educational Programs and other university departments, promoting collaboration and communication.
- Develop and manage the budget for educational programs, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making recommendations for improvements and modifications as needed.
Master's Degree In Education Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Management And Development.
Knowledge Of Curriculum Design And Assessment Methods.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Faculty, Staff, And Students.
