  1. Develop and implement innovative programs and initiatives to enhance the academic experience of students at Temple University.
  2. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the success and effectiveness of educational programs.
  3. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve programs.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to track the impact and success of programs, making adjustments as needed.
  5. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated professionals to assist in the implementation and execution of educational programs.
  6. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds.
  7. Work closely with faculty and staff to support the academic success of students and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  8. Serve as a liaison between the Office of Educational Programs and other university departments, promoting collaboration and communication.
  9. Develop and manage the budget for educational programs, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
  10. Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making recommendations for improvements and modifications as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Education Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Program Management And Development.
