  1. Develop and implement innovative curriculum and instructional strategies to enhance the academic experience of students.
  2. Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure alignment of curriculum with university standards and objectives.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current curriculum and instructional practices, and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Lead and support faculty in the development and implementation of new courses and programs.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in curriculum and instructional design.
  6. Provide guidance and support to faculty in the development and use of technology-enhanced teaching methods.
  7. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
  8. Facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty to enhance their teaching skills.
  9. Work closely with academic departments to ensure consistency and coherence across the curriculum.
  10. Collaborate with other university departments to promote academic excellence and student success.
  11. Lead and participate in committees and initiatives related to curriculum and instruction.
  12. Supervise and mentor instructional staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  13. Monitor and analyze data to assess student learning outcomes and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
  14. Represent the university at conferences and events related to curriculum and instruction.
  15. Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff to promote a positive and productive learning environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Education Or Related Field From An Accredited University.
