- Develop and implement effective assessment strategies across all academic and administrative units to support the university's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to gather and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services.
- Lead and manage the assessment and evaluation processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Create and maintain assessment plans and reports for various academic and administrative units.
- Develop and implement training programs for faculty and staff on assessment methods and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in assessment and evaluation in higher education.
- Communicate assessment findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and governing bodies.
- Provide guidance and support to academic and administrative units in implementing assessment findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance assessment and evaluation efforts.
- Serve as a resource for data-driven decision making and continuous improvement efforts across the university.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and requirements related to assessment and evaluation.
- Manage a team of assessment and evaluation professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to promote a culture of assessment and evidence-based decision making within the university community.
- Participate in university committees and working groups related to assessment and evaluation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to assessment and evaluation at the university.
- Represent the university at conferences and events related to assessment and evaluation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve assessment and evaluation processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments and offices within the university to streamline assessment and evaluation efforts.
- Support the university's diversity and inclusion efforts through inclusive assessment and evaluation practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Assessment and Evaluation.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Master's Degree In Education, Assessment, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Assessment And Evaluation Within A Higher Education Setting.
Demonstrated Knowledge Of Assessment Methodologies And Data Analysis Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Work Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders.
