As a TIM Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our TIM products and services to potential clients.   1. Promote and sell Telecom Italia's TIM products and services to potential clients.
  2. Use effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Telecom Italia's TIM products and services.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  5. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify potential sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  7. Attend sales meetings and trainings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving client inquiries and concerns.
  9. Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends.
  10. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and ethical standards.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Telecom Italia in a professional manner.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively position Telecom Italia's TIM products and services in the market.
  14. Maintain a high level of personal integrity and ethical standards.
  15. Travel to potential client locations as needed.
