  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products and services that meet their specific requirements.
  3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by the company, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
  4. Utilize strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and services and close sales.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  8. Continuously meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  9. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve sales goals.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to effectively educate and inform customers.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, customer service, and safety.
  13. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  14. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking products, conducting inventory counts, and identifying and reporting any discrepancies.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the store by actively promoting sales, providing feedback on customer needs and preferences, and suggesting improvements to processes and procedures.
