1. Ensure the stockroom and warehouse are organized and well maintained.
2. Receive, check, and store incoming stock.
3. Ensure all orders are accurately filled and shipped on time.
4. Monitor stock levels and maintain inventories.
5. Assist with the unloading of deliveries, and ensure that all goods are undamaged and correctly accounted for.
6. Assist customers with queries and complaints.
7. Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
8. Assist with other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
10. Assist in creating and implementing stockroom procedures.
