Sales Advisor

At Ted Baker London, we are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team and help us provide our customers with exceptional service. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of Ted Baker London and the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing advice and support to customers, building relationships with them and helping them find the perfect product.To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, be well-presented and have the ability to think on your feet. Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential. 4. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
6. Process sales transactions using the appropriate point-of-sale system.
7. Achieve sales goals and targets set by the store management team.
8. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
9. Assist with stock management and replenishment tasks.
10. Represent the Ted Baker London brand in a positive and professional manner.
