Reward Analyst

The Reward Analyst will need to have a strong understanding of reward best practices, employee engagement, and have knowledge of the data analysis and reporting needed to support the team.The ideal candidate will need to have a degree in human resources or a related field, and have at least five years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating reward plans is essential, as is knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework for reward. 6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure reward plans are aligned with employee engagement strategies.
7. Create reports and presentations to communicate reward plans to stakeholders.
8. Manage budgets and resources related to the reward plans.
9. Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in reward and employee engagement.
