Job Description

At Ted Baker London, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Reward Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping to create and deliver a world-class rewards program and will be an integral part of the Human Resources team.We are looking for an individual who is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Reward Analyst will need to have a strong understanding of reward best practices, employee engagement, and have knowledge of the data analysis and reporting needed to support the team.The ideal candidate will need to have a degree in human resources or a related field, and have at least five years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating reward plans is essential, as is knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework for reward. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement reward plans that align with the company’s objectives and strategies.
  2. Monitor legal and regulatory framework for reward and provide guidance to ensure compliance.
  3. Analyze data to identify trends and insights and develop strategies to improve reward plans.
  4. Manage and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of reward plans.
  5. Research and evaluate best practices in reward to ensure plans are competitive and effective.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure reward plans are aligned with employee engagement strategies.
  7. Create reports and presentations to communicate reward plans to stakeholders.
  8. Manage budgets and resources related to the reward plans.
  9. Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in reward and employee engagement.
