The successful candidate will have a passion for helping to create and deliver a world-class rewards program and will be an integral part of the Human Resources team.We are looking for an individual who is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Reward Analyst will need to have a strong understanding of reward best practices, employee engagement, and have knowledge of the data analysis and reporting needed to support the team.The ideal candidate will need to have a degree in human resources or a related field, and have at least five years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating reward plans is essential, as is knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework for reward. Responsibilities:
