We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Location Manager to join the Ted Baker London team and help ensure the smooth operation of our store. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual with an eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the store’s performance, creating a great shopping experience, and maintaining a high standard of visual presentation.To be successful in this role you should have previous experience in a senior retail management role, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven ability to drive sales. You should also have a good understanding of retail operations and merchandising standards. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the store’s performance and ensure smooth operation • Create a great shopping experience for customers • Maintain a high standard of visual presentation in the store • Drive sales and ensure maximum profitability • Monitor compliance with retail operations and merchandising standards • Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service • Manage and motivate store staff to achieve performance targets • Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales • Track sales performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement
