FP&A Manager

The successful candidate will have a strong financial background and a proven track record in financial planning and analysis.The ideal candidate should have a degree in accounting or finance and at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably from the retail sector. The candidate should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities:

1. Developing financial plans and analysing the impact of those plans on the company
2. Preparing and presenting financial reports and recommendations to executive management and other stakeholders
3. Managing the budgeting and forecasting process for the organisation
4. Collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information
5. Monitoring and interpreting financial trends and providing insights to management
6. Identifying and resolving any financial discrepancies and discrepancies
7. Developing and maintaining financial models and processes to provide insight into the company’s financial performance
8. Assisting in the preparation of audited financial statements
9. Maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and laws
