Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver the highest levels of customer service and results
  • Monitor and review team performance, setting goals and providing feedback
  • Ensure team members are up-to-date on brand and product knowledge
  • Create and implement strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Monitor team compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock
  • Manage store operations including budget management, scheduling, and staffing
  • Create and implement promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
