Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the store meets and exceeds customer service expectations
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales associates and ensure that all staff are adequately trained on customer service delivery
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and address any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in weekly store meetings and ensure that all staff are kept up-to-date on product information and store activities
• Oversee stock levels and ensure that all stock is correctly displayed and properly merchandised
• Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed and adhered to
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Analyse sales reports and recommend strategies to drive store sales and profitability
• Monitor store expenses and ensure that all budgets are adhered to
