Job Description

As the primary point of contact between Ted Baker London and our customers, the Customer Service Agent must be passionate about providing excellent customer service and possess the necessary skills to do so. We are looking for an individual who is organized, reliable, and capable of quickly resolving customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service role, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The successful applicant will be a natural problem solver and able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
