Job Description

At Ted Baker London, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, and who is driven to make a positive difference to our customers’ experience.The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner, and a genuine passion for customer service. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential; knowledge of retail systems and processes would be an advantage.We are looking for someone who is an excellent problem solver, and who is able to put the customer at the heart of every decision they make. The successful candidate will be dynamic, enthusiastic and a confident individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email and other channels.
  3. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with all interactions.
  4. Demonstrate a keen understanding of customer service principles and processes.
  5. Utilize retail systems and processes to handle customer inquiries.
  6. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  7. Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Research, analyze and synthesize customer information to identify trends and patterns.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
