Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and driven implementation engineer to provide exceptional technical support throughout the on-boarding phase of the Tealium UDH. Execute on our customer’s initial configuration of their Tealium products to integrate into their marketing tech stack and achieve their business objectives. Empower and enable our customers to utilize and realize value from our products. Support our sales team by validating scopes of work for feasibility and level of effort. Communicate professionally via our project management system, email and remote meetings. Become an expert in the suite of Tealium products including but not limited to Tealium IQ, AudienceStream, EventStream, Predict and DataAccess. Contribute to our knowledge base to support both internal and external content.

Job Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience in client facing and technical roles.
Able to quickly and efficiently search, understand, and apply technical documentation.
Familiarity with tools such as Browser Developer Tools, Charles Proxy, mobile debugging, various BI tools, databases, and SQL languages
