Job Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for performing AR activities and GL reconciliations. You will be responsible for the order to cash process to managing billings, order entry, aging reports and collections efforts for global territories. Work closely with accounting team to reconcile cash balances and assist with month end close reconciliation. Perform various general ledger reconciliations including cash, AR, unbilled AR, and other liabilities. Prepare statements and formal letters to customers. Assist with cash forecasting and various other routine reporting. Assist department with annual audit and other tasks or projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications

3+ years experience with quote to cash process and have general ledger knowledge
Experience working in an accounts receivable department in a software technology company preferred
Familiarity with foreign currencies and sales tax is a plus.
