Supplier Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement plans to ensure supplier performance meets TE Connectivity's standards.
2. Identify areas of improvement within the supplier network and develop solutions to address issues.
3. Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback as needed.
4. Prepare reports and presentations for management on supplier performance.
5. Track and analyze KPIs related to supplier performance.
6. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
8. Remain informed of new technologies and solutions to ensure best practices are being used.
9. Utilize quality systems, supply chain management, and materials management.
10. Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory policies.
