Stamping Operator

Required Qualifications:• At least 2 years of experience in the set-up and operation of stamping presses and other die cast and stamping equipment• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and directions• Proficient in the use of hand tools• Capable of completing tasks with speed and accuracy• Knowledge of safety procedures and quality control• Excellent communication and organizational skills• A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate stamping presses and other die cast and stamping equipment according to engineering drawings and instructions.
2. Maintain accuracy and speed when completing tasks.
3. Follow safety procedures and quality control standards.
4. Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning properly.
5. Monitor production to ensure quality of the product.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
7. Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
8. Work collaboratively and effectively with other departments.
9. Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
