Quality Control Analyst

TE Connectivity is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, services, and processes meet our high standards. You will inspect incoming materials, review production processes, and monitor quality assurance activities. To be successful in this role, you must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with experience in a quality-related role. You must also have knowledge of quality assurance principles and techniques, including statistical process control and root-cause analysis. Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant standards is desirable.You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think on your feet. You should be organized, thorough, and have the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Most importantly, you should be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect incoming materials for quality assurance.
2. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
3. Conduct quality assurance activities to identify and eliminate defects.
4. Utilize statistical process control and root-cause analysis to analyze data and identify potential quality issues.
5. Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant standards.
6. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and identify solutions.
7. Maintain accurate and organized records of all quality assurance activities.
8. Communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders.
9. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
10. Ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained.
