Job Description

TE Connectivity is looking for a Principal Engineer who will be a key leader in driving the development of innovative new products that will shape the future of our industry. This role requires a deep knowledge of engineering principles, an analytical approach to problem solving, and a passion for creating innovative solutions.In this role, the successful candidate will lead a team of engineers responsible for designing and developing new products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering, with a focus on electronics design, embedded systems, and software development. They will be a creative problem-solver, able to identify problems and develop innovative solutions. Additionally, they will have a strong ability to communicate effectively, both internally and externally, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.If you have a passion for engineering and a desire to lead a highly skilled team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of engineers responsible for designing and developing new products.
  2. Utilize strong technical background in engineering, with a focus on electronics design, embedded systems, and software development to create innovative solutions.
  3. Identify problems and develop creative solutions.
  4. Communicate effectively, both internally and externally.
  5. Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  6. Provide technical guidance to other team members.
  7. Stay up to date with the latest developments in the engineering industry.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field

  • Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Five Or More Years Of Experience In Engineering Management

  • Proven Experience In Leading Teams Of Engineers

  • Demonstrated Ability To Effectively Utilize Engineering Principles

  • Hands-On Experience With A Wide Variety Of Engineering Projects

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery
