IT Operations Analyst

5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
6. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
7. Monitor system performance and usage to identify potential areas of improvement.
8. Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance system performance.
9. Train staff on IT operations processes and procedures.
10. Provide technical support to users.
