FEA Analyst

TE Connectivity is looking for an experienced and highly motivated FEA Analyst to join our engineering team. Our ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who has a passion for problem solving and a commitment to staying current on the latest FEA technologies and standards.The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in FEA, including the use of finite element analysis software, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.The FEA Analyst will be responsible for performing engineering analysis tasks using FEA software, developing and validating simulation models, and performing post-processing and data interpretation. The successful candidate must be able to effectively communicate with other members of the engineering team and present results in a clear and concise manner.Required Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering* At least 5 years of experience in FEA* Expertise in finite element analysis software such as Abaqus, ANSYS, Nastran, or other* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) models* Knowledge of engineering standards and best practices* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities of the FEA Analyst:

1. Perform engineering analysis tasks using FEA software.
2. Develop and validate simulation models.
3. Conduct post-processing and data interpretation.
4. Effectively communicate with other members of the engineering team.
5. Present results in a clear and concise manner.
6. Stay current on the latest FEA technologies and standards.
