
Environmental, Health & Safety Analyst

TE Connectivity is looking for an EHS Analyst to join our team to help ensure the safety of our team members and the environment.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS, and a Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Safety, or a related field. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and will have excellent problem-solving skills. The EHS Analyst will need to be highly organized and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety processes and procedures to ensure the safety of team members and the environment.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Investigate incidents and develop strategies to prevent future incidents.
- Provide safety training to employees and help promote a safety-conscious culture.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, accidents, and incidents.
- Prepare and submit reports to management about safety activities.
- Monitor and evaluate safety performance and recommend improvements.
- Participate in emergency response and risk management activities.
- Stay current with industry best practices and regulations.
