
Manager, Marketing Site Strategy & Capabilities
Defines TD Bank owned web properties marketing strategy and maximize the effectiveness of owned & paid campaigns. Defines onsite marketing (advertising & content) strategy and lead marketing and content optimization initiatives for public sites. Leads personalization strategy in partnership with DCX, site optimization team and customer analytics teams. Measures campaign results and identify way to optimize marketing campaign performance across the customer journeys. Partners with paid leads to connect our paid advertising to our onsite experiences and develop best in class full funnel digital marketing efforts. Defines the strategic roadmap for capabilities by analyzing current/emerging trends, identifying gaps and driving implementation working with Digital Channels and Technology teams.
