Job Description

At TCL Corporation, we are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is an integral part of our customer service team, and we are looking for an individual who is committed to providing world-class support. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong customer service attitude. We are looking for someone who is excited to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and is willing to go the extra mile to provide a superior customer experience. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in a technical support role, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Experience with customer service software systems, software development, and scripting languages is also preferred. Above all, the successful candidate will have a great attitude, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or other channels.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  3. Utilize customer service software systems, software development, and scripting languages to resolve customer inquiries.
  4. Monitor customer service software system and respond to customer inquiries as necessary.
  5. Develop and implement customer service processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor customer service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Train and mentor new customer service team members.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Provide feedback to management on customer service performance and customer feedback.
  10. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
