
Technical Support Specialist

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in a technical support role, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Experience with customer service software systems, software development, and scripting languages is also preferred. Above all, the successful candidate will have a great attitude, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or other channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Utilize customer service software systems, software development, and scripting languages to resolve customer inquiries.
- Monitor customer service software system and respond to customer inquiries as necessary.
- Develop and implement customer service processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor new customer service team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide feedback to management on customer service performance and customer feedback.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
