
Technical Support Specialist
At TCL Corporation, we are looking for a highly motivated and technically adept Technical Support Specialist to help our customers and colleagues. By providing outstanding technical support and customer service, you will play an integral role in ensuring the success of our products and services.The ideal candidate for this position should have a keen interest in technology, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and support. Our Technical Support Specialist should also be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have an eye for detail.We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of two years of experience in a technical support role, and who holds a bachelor's degree in a related field. Hands-on experience with computer hardware, software, and networking is also a must. - Effectively communicate technical information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
