Job Description

At TCL Corporation, we are looking for a highly motivated and technically adept Technical Support Specialist to help our customers and colleagues. By providing outstanding technical support and customer service, you will play an integral role in ensuring the success of our products and services.The ideal candidate for this position should have a keen interest in technology, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and support. Our Technical Support Specialist should also be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have an eye for detail.We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of two years of experience in a technical support role, and who holds a bachelor's degree in a related field. Hands-on experience with computer hardware, software, and networking is also a must. A working knowledge of customer service principles and practices is also desirable.If you think you have what it takes to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding technical support and customer service to customers and colleagues.
  2. Actively troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues.
  3. Investigate complex technical issues and formulate solutions.
  4. Document and keep records of customer technical support inquiries and solutions.
  5. Remain up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends.
  6. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers.
  7. Work independently and as part of a team when necessary.
  8. Effectively communicate technical information to customers.
  9. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
  10. Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
