Responsibilities of a Technical Support Specialist:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers via email, phone, or other forms of communication
  • Troubleshoot customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Document customer inquiries and resolutions in a database
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to customer service procedures
