
Technical Support Specialist
The TCL Corporation is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will have a passionate for technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues quickly and effectively. If you have a strong technical background and a knack for problem-solving, we'd love to speak with you!To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of two years' experience providing technical support, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and a strong understanding of networking principles and hardware. You should also be able to work independently and multi-task to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via telephone, email, and other channels.
- Troubleshoot customer issues quickly and effectively using a wide range of technical knowledge and tools.
- Research and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and technical solutions.
- Develop and implement support strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
- Act as a point of contact for customer escalations.
- Identify and recommend new technology solutions and services.
- Remain up-to-date with new technology trends and developments.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
