Job Description

The TCL Corporation is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will have a passionate for technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues quickly and effectively. If you have a strong technical background and a knack for problem-solving, we'd love to speak with you!To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of two years' experience providing technical support, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and a strong understanding of networking principles and hardware. You should also be able to work independently and multi-task to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to customers via telephone, email, and other channels.
  2. Troubleshoot customer issues quickly and effectively using a wide range of technical knowledge and tools.
  3. Research and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and technical solutions.
  5. Develop and implement support strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
  7. Act as a point of contact for customer escalations.
  8. Identify and recommend new technology solutions and services.
  9. Remain up-to-date with new technology trends and developments.
  10. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
