Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers and internal staff.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and identify solutions to resolve them.

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide step-by-step technical guidance for customers.

• Document customer service issues and solutions.

• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.

• Monitor customer service trends and recommend process improvements.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.

• Perform periodic system maintenance tasks.

• Assist with training new team members.
