Job Description

If so, the Order Management Analyst role at TCL Corporation may be the perfect fit for you.You will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. In this role, you will provide support for inventory management systems and collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled according to the company's standards.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to multi-task while managing multiple deadlines. You must also be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to think critically and solve problems. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Previous experience in order management or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Manage inventory systems and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to company standards.
  3. Provide excellent customer service.
  4. Multi-task and manage multiple deadlines.
  5. Be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to think critically and solve problems.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers and other departments.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of order management and customer service processes.
