  5. Resolve customer order issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Analyze customer order data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and implement procedures to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
  8. Create detailed reports on customer order trends and performance.
  9. Make recommendations for order management system enhancements.
  10. Provide customer service support as needed.
