Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate SAP projects and implementations, ensuring successful completion and customer satisfaction.
2. Design, develop, and deploy SAP solutions to meet customer requirements.
3. Manage SAP solution deployment, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues.
4. Liaise with other IT departments, vendors, and third-party service providers as needed.
5. Monitor system performance, ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and effectively.
6. Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
7. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and efficiency.
8. Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
9. Monitor and maintain SAP systems and databases.
10. Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of new SAP solutions.
