Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement audit plans and procedures for the corporate finance and compliance departments.
2. Coordinate and conduct internal audit activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of the company’s financials.
3. Monitor and evaluate internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
4. Identify areas of financial and compliance risk and provide recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
5. Provide clear and concise audit reports and present findings to senior management.
6. Prepare and review audit documentation for accuracy and completeness.
7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
8. Monitor external audit activities and provide guidance and support as needed.
9. Ensure all corporate audit activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of corporate audit and ensure audit processes are updated accordingly.
