We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong technical background to drive the testing and validation of our transmissions.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in transmission testing and validation in the automotive industry. The individual should have an in-depth knowledge of transmission system components, design and development, and be able to develop, review, and approve test plans. Additionally, the individual should have a deep understanding of transmission system performance, durability and efficiency.
