Senior Manager : Module Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager for Module Engineering to join the team at Tata Motors. The successful candidate will lead a dynamic and creative team of professionals to design and develop innovative and market-ready automotive modules. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development of modules, leading the team in the implementation of new technologies, and ensuring that the end product meets customer requirements.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in automotive module engineering. Past experience in leading a team to deliver high-quality products is a must. An understanding of the technical aspects of automotive module engineering, such as design, testing, and validation, is also required. In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be highly motivated, and have the ability to work independently.
