At Tata Consultancy Services, we are looking for a Webchat Support Representative who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries via webchat in an effective and timely manner. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a patient and friendly attitude. They should also have experience in a customer service role and a good working knowledge of webchat technology.   9. Stay up to date with relevant products, services, and customer support policies.
  10. Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate team.
