Supplier Chain Manager

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for an experienced and motivated Supplier Chain Manager to join our team. We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in supply chain management who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on new challenges. The ideal candidate should be an effective communicator and have the ability to build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in supply chain management, operations management, logistics, or a related field. You should also have at least 5 years of experience in a supply chain role, including vendor management and contract negotiation. Additionally, we are looking for someone with a strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, and analytics. Excellent problem solving, organizational, and time management skills are also required.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
2. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
3. Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the smooth functioning of the supply chain.
5. Analyze data and prepare reports to monitor supply chain performance.
6. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize the supply chain.
7. Develop and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
9. Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of goods.
10. Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
