Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Manage, develop, and foster a T2’s global-wide diversity and inclusion roadmap with a focus on achieving measurable, sustainable results by leveraging data. Design key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure and track results and ensure accountability; and communicate progress to business leadership and employees on a regular basis. Serve as DE&I training subject matter expert by partnering with Recruiting, HR and L&D to design, implement and facilitate trainings and presentations on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, hiring process and other DE&I topics. Collaborate with HR teams and other internal partners to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion are embedded throughout the hiring process and employee journey, including around assessment and advancement. Define how T2’s DEI strategy connects directly to our business goals and what drivers influence business decisions, in collaboration with leaders (including c-suite) across the company.
