Job Description

Manage the complete return cycle for all Take 2 customers – get authorization for return, communicate with customer return policy, work with warehouses to insure completion of returns as well as address and resolve all discrepancies and expired returns. Be proactive in working with customers before return expires. Coordinate the controls around returns to comply with Sox. Support to the sales department for tracking orders, order entry, processing reports, filing of all orders, credits, price protections, etc. Coordinate and announce all price protections internally as well as to customers. Process the entire cycle for price protection from advanced pricing set up, to order entry in JDE, to entry on price protection logs. Be proactive in working with sales staff and customers to confirm all paperwork is received and approved prior to the program’s cancel date. Coordinate the controls around price protection to comply with Sox. Assist in various special projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong JDE software experience requested.
