Job Description

At TAG Heuer, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Watchmaker to join our team. As a Watchmaker, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and quartz watches, as well as providing customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth knowledge of watch movements, components, and repair techniques. You should also be able to work accurately and efficiently, have the ability to think creatively, and be a strong communicator.We are looking for a Watchmaker with a commitment to excellence and a passion for watches. Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and quartz watches
  • Ensure watches are repaired to the highest quality standards
  • Maintain and service watch movements, components, and other parts
  • Follow repair techniques and instructions accurately
  • Think creatively to solve problems and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and repair techniques
  • Keep abreast of the watch industry and its trends
  • Work accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
