Job Description

Do you have a passion for watches and a meticulous eye for detail? TAG Heuer is looking for an experienced Watchmaker to join our team and help craft some of the most iconic timepieces of our time. We are looking for an individual who has the technical expertise to troubleshoot and repair our watches and take pride in the finished product.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of four years of experience as a Watchmaker. You must also possess strong knowledge of watch mechanics and have a keen eye for detail. A strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills are also required. If you possess these qualifications and are looking for an exciting challenge in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and repair watches with precision and accuracy.
  2. Take pride in the finished product and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and communication.
  4. Stay up-to-date with current watch mechanics and trends.
  5. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
  6. Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
  7. Maintain accurate inventory records and order additional supplies as needed.
  8. Test watches to ensure they are operating properly.
  9. Provide timely and accurate estimates of repair costs.
  10. Provide watch maintenance advice to customers.
